Remember how Randy works nights and I work days? Well for some reason, I never want to go to bed at night when he isn't here and I get distracted super easily.
After work I knew he wouldn't be home so I went to the gym. Lo and behold, the good ole Kardasians were on the TV while I was on the elliptical. Wow. They are absolute trash. And I was super into the dumb show the entire time. After I left, I was still in "reality TV mode," but since we don't have our TV hooked up to anything except our DVD player and the Wii (for Netflix) I had to find something on Netflix to watch. Welcome to Laguna Beach. Don't worry, I finished the whole first season and went to bed at 2am.
The entire time I was watching it I just kept thinking, "where in the world are these 16 and 17 year olds parents?" I am such an old woman. Then it showed 2 of their dads and they were like, "yeah, the girls will be 18 soon and then they can make their own decisions so we have to let them go." Um hello, they are 16, that sort of makes me sick. In a way, I felt bad for these teenagers that basically have no parents to guide their lives. Maybe I'm just old but I don't really see sleeping around, partying all night, and failing school when you are a teenager making you all that happy in the future.
Anyways, it made me glad we don't have cable because I obviously would waste WAY too much time on reality TV.
LOL! I totally watched the Kardshian wedding last night. We just relocated for work so we're in temp housing right now so after next week no more cable for us either!
