werewolf or vampire? that is the question

First off, some exciting news! Randy got accepted to the University of Rochester School of Medicine! He has he interview at the University of Utah School of Medicine the first part of December so we are still crossing our fingers for that, but we are really excited about the acceptance!

I went and saw Breaking Dawn Part 1 with my mom, sisters, and my older sisters two friends. Just to preface this, I LOVED the books until Breaking Dawn, which I thought was incredibly boring and ridiculous, and I have hated all the movies. So cheesy with horrible acting. That being said, I still go see all the movies and lets be honest, any excuse to get out and have a fun laugh with the girls is great :).

I have mixed feelings on the movie. The acting was actually better than it ever was in the past movies and the actress who plays Bella was not nearly as annoying. I think she got some acting lessons finally. My biggest complaint was that the movie was so slow until the last about 30 minutes. There were definitely some stupid cheesy moments but those were worth a few good laughs! Oh, and Jacob definitely wins in the movies for me!

Overall it was okay. Not great and not really something I am excited to see again, but it wasn't horrible and was a huge improvement from the other movies. And of course I'm excited for girls night to see Part 2 :).



By far the best part about it was the preview for The Hunger Games! Can't wait for that one!
