I am in Phoenix with Randy so that he can interview at University of Phoenix Medical School, more about that later :). But today it is raining here and Randy is actually at his interview so I needed something to do.
I went for a short 2.5 mile run and then I decided to work out here in the hotel room. I found this challenge online and wanted to try it. It pretty much killed me and I only got through 5 out of the 10 rounds for the challenge, but now I have a goal to do all 10 rounds at one time :).
It was a very good workout and it felt great! Here it is:
10 Burbees
10 Squat Jumps (it says to use weight but I didn't since I'm at the hotel)
10 Push Ups
10 Toe Touch Sit Ups
10 Dips
10 Tuck Jumps
10 Plank Jaxs
10 Splint Lunges
I did those 8 exercises for 5 rounds but next time I will try to add these two:
10 Leg Drops
10 Squat Thrusts
The goal is to do all 10 exercise for 10 rounds, in other words, 1000 exercises at one time. CRAZY!
Give it a try! It's actually really fun and I'm excited to keep working at it.
